The Podium Restaurant was lovely, I booked the 3 courses and a cocktail at cloud 23 for my father in laws birthday and it was amazing! The food was rich and delicate but so tasty, the service was perfectly on time as we had to be at cloud 23 for 10 o’clock, highly recommend the package for a special event!
I rarely eat in my hotel, but tonight I'm glad I did. Impeccable service coupled with delicious and well presented food. Waitress was exemplary. 100% recommend

We stayed at the Hilton for one night and initially booked a 3 course dinner for two through the reception, but when we got there we found out surprisingly that the reception staff don’t communicate with the restaurant staff, who had absolutely no clue about our reservation. Plus the reception even charged us for the booking….how does that work?!?no idea. Then unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked and they could not accommodate us. Skipping forward, we had again breakfast booked with the room and this worked the next morning somehow, otherwise we would have had one of the most expensive stays and somehow had to enjoy it starving . Breakfast had a good variety and the pictures of our empty plays says it all.
Great atmosphere and busy, we had a fantastic evening, we were there for at least 3 hours! The Sourdough Bread with the Cheese Custard was an unexpected delight and I also had the lobster Ravioli which was delicious. Will be back!
